A Kundalini Yoga Approach to Your Journey of Pregnancy & Beyond
Pre & Post Natal Yoga is based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, the master of Kundalini Yoga. The main focus of these classes is to empower womanhood & motherhood, especially focusing on pregnancy, birth & the 40 day postpartum period (40 day blessing). The classes represent the core science of Kundalini Yoga & are tailored to the expecting mother.

What to expect in a class: For 1.5 hours you can enjoy dancing with baby, pelvic floor exercises, singing, chanting, Kundalini Yoga Kriya, Yogic postures/asanas, a meditation, celestial communications, group discussions & support. Occasionally, guest speakers will be present to discuss topics on breastfeeding, birthing & possible birthing or pregnancy complications.
